Lundbo 2 at Lunden bo- og rehabiliteringscenter seeks a skilled colleague for a position in our long-term residential offering.

Your tasks will include

• Perform daily ADL tasks in close collaboration with your colleagues, including toilet visits, bathing and dining situations.
• Ongoing work with goals and sub-goals based on the citizens' action plans.
• Serve as the lead on the neuro-pedagogical focus areas for the individual citizens in your team.
• Contribute to increasing citizens' quality of life and influence on their own lives.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues in the department, nurses, speech language pathologist, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
• Documentation of the professional effort.

About you

• You are appreciative and respectful in your approach to both citizens and colleagues.
• You preferably have experience within the specialist area, but it is not a requirement.
• You are clear and respectful in your communication, flexible and able to work in a structured way.
• You can set goals, reflect on and evaluate others' and your own practice.
• You are constructive in dialogue with both citizens, relatives and colleagues.
• You are a team player and loyal regarding both your colleagues and shared decisions.
• You consider ethics in the pedagogical work.
• You preferably have knowledge of VUM 2.0/Nexus, but again it is not a requirement.
• You can keep focus on the core task.
• You have good documentation skills.
