Do you want a fixed 7/7 schedule with plenty of freedom, high professionalism, and your night colleague right nearby? Susannes Hjemmepleje is seeking a stable and engaged social- and health care assistant for a fixed night shift position in Ringe Nord with start on November 1 .

🕒 The perfect working life?

• Working hours: You work 7 nights in the ODD weeks and then have 7 days of complete freedom.
• Hours: A total of 28 hours per week on average.
• Start: 1. November – we are however happy to wait for the right profile!

🚗 Independent work – there are two of you on duty in total!

At night you are two colleagues on shift in total , each driving out in your own car. Since you must drive independently on your own route, it is a requirement that you have a valid driving license. Even though you work independently, you are never alone – you have a secure lifeline throughout the night and your fixed colleague to brainstorm with if acute situations arise.
