We are looking for a skilled pedagogue who is passionate about leisure-time pedagogy, and wants to work in SFO1 0.-3. class. If you have a strong interest in sport and movement, you are more than welcome to apply.

Who are we?

Ejby School is a well-functioning public school located in a lovely small town in Køge municipality, with an engaged staff consisting of 35 teachers, 2 kindergarten leaders, 16 pedagogues and assistants, a school head (currently acting), a deputy head and an SFO leader - as well as active parents and 369 fantastic students from BHK - 9th grade. The school is located in scenic surroundings and has good facilities both outdoors and indoors.

We are an SFO in development that values social capital and collaboration highly. We have an SFO/club with fantastic outdoor areas and lovely indoor facilities. We place great emphasis on the shared task: children’s learning and well-being. We enjoy laughing together, and we value the good SFO and club life for the children. We work closely together in SFO 1 and 2.

Who are you?

You are the type who is strong in movement, and you are also passionate about outdoor life with the children. They are not afraid to take initiative and lead, and at the same time you are an active partner in the children’s interests, with a sense of what they want.

We are seeking a trained pedagogue who

• can plan and structure a good day, for and with the children
• has high professional competence, and is passionate about motivating and inspiring children and colleagues

In addition, we are looking for a pedagogue who can mirror our values

What do we offer?

The position is a permanent appointment for 30-34 hours per week, by agreement, from December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the current agreement between KL and BUPL.
