Are you sharp at planning – and even sharper with people?

At Omsorg Sjælland we are seeking a dedicated and structured route planner for our home care in Helsingør.

We are looking for you who can make the puzzle come together – even when the pieces don’t quite fit at first. 😄

As a route planner you will be an important part of the daily operation. You must ensure that our citizens receive the right help, at the right time, by the right employees – while ensuring that the employees' workday holds together.

🧩 Your main tasks

• Planning and coordinating the employees’ daily routes.
• Ensuring continuity and quality for our citizens.
• Adjusting routes according to citizens’ needs and wishes.
• Handling changes, sickness and acute challenges during the day.
• Optimizing driving times and workflow.
• Close collaboration with management, staff and other functions.
• Having a focus on both the citizen, the employee and good operations.
• Contributing to development and ongoing optimization of our planning.
• Participate in the department’s on-call arrangement, every 3rd weekend.

❤️ We imagine you

• Have experience with planning – preferably from home care and you are educated as a social and health care assistant/nurse.
• Are structured and can maintain an overview when the phone rings and the plan suddenly changes.
• Have a flair for IT and can quickly get to grips with new systems.
• Are clear and good at communicating.
• Can make decisions and stand by them.
• Understand that a good plan must work on paper and in reality.
• Are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than limitations.
• Can collaborate with many different people and personalities.
• Respect that our most important task is to create a safe and dignified everyday life for our citizens.
