At Dag- og Botilbud Gefion we are looking for hourly paid on-call substitutes for our wonderful residents with autism.

You don’t need to be an expert in autism, pedagogy or complex human behavior. You just need to be eager to learn, curious about other people and able to show up to work with both responsibility and a good mood.

Then we’ll teach you the rest.

Maybe you are studying to become a pedagogue, teacher, nurse, psychologist or social worker. Maybe you’re taking a gap year. Maybe you’re just tired of jobs where the day’s biggest challenge is whether the printer works

What will you do?

You will become an important part of the daily life for some of our residents.

This means, among other things, that you must

• Support in daily activities
• Create security and structure
• Build good relationships
• Participate in activities and experiences
• Help with care and personal hygiene

And yes, some days go exactly as planned. Other days don’t. Both are completely normal.

Gefion is a home and day service for 28 adults with autism.

Employment terms The position is hourly paid on-call. Varying day and evening shifts throughout the week.

Working hours range between 07:00-22:00, but may vary according to residents’ needs.
