The self-owned institution “Fanø Børnehave og Vuggestue” seeks a qualified pedagogue by January 1, 2027 with 30–37 hours per week.

Fanø Børnehave og Vuggestue is a self-governing age-integrated day care center with space for 33 kindergarten children and 10 nursery children. We are a small flexible unit that has close cross-team collaboration. Your hours will mainly be in the kindergarten.

• Are responsible and caring, both for children's well-being, pedagogical planning and close parent collaboration.
• Find it exciting and fun to be involved in children's play and can prioritise presence and attentiveness, even if it occasionally gets messy in the kitchen.
• Can work in collaboration with pedagogical staff on curriculum themes and the development of the pedagogical environment.
• Can work responsibly and in a structured way as contact pedagogue.
• Thrive in nature regardless of the weather.
• Are versatile and flexible with both tasks and working hours.
• Are good at professional sparring in close cooperation with colleagues and management, and actively participate in developing the pedagogical environment.

Practical

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement. Employment is subject to approval by Fanø Municipality. Criminal and child safety checks will be obtained before final employment.
