Do you dream of being involved in developing pedagogical practice in a house with plenty of space, both outside and inside, then this is where you should be as a pedagogical professional.

We have

• Minimum 2 pedagogues and 1-2 assistant pedagogues on every group.
• 10 infants
• Approximately 60 preschool children distributed across three age-structured rooms.
• Approximately 30 SFO children who come before school and during holidays.
• 4 childminders who are attached to Tuen, with whom we have a close collaboration.
• 3 chickens

About us

We are a dedicated staff team, where we place presence with children, parents and each other very high.

• We see “the glass as half full”, so a positive outlook on life is important to us, just as a good laugh creates energy.
• We are ONE house, i.e., we help each other across the house when needed.
• We have a strong culture of collaboration, not only internally in the house but also externally. The school and PPR are important partners.
• We work based on an annual plan. Our focus in 2026 is “Tuen in the local community”. In addition, we work with, among others, a children’s calendar, pedagogical guidelines, the problem-solving wheel, emotion figures, the buddy system, and a joint “charging station”.
• We have a huge outdoor area, and we use it very actively all year round
• We have an active parent group, which is happy to contribute both in the House Committee and to workdays or the like

We hold open house for interested applicants Monday 26 October 2026, from 16:00 to 17:00 , where you have the opportunity to see our house. Registration is not necessary.

Application deadline

Tuesday 10 November at 08:00. You submit your application via Rebild Municipality’s website.

Interviews

Expected to be held Monday 16 November, from 16:00.

Salary and employment terms according to the current collective agreement between KL and BUPL.

In connection with employment, a child protection background check will be obtained.
