We offer a varied job, within many facets of logistics and service, where there are many contact points, where there is room to grow and you yourself are greatly involved in shaping daily life and workflows. Your day-to-day will mainly revolve around the shared goods receipt for Universitetsparken. You will among other things help receive and distribute goods to our many happy users.

About Campus Administration Buildings Nørre

We are part of the University Administration at the University of Copenhagen. We deliver Facility Management and technical operations of offices and laboratories as well as service tasks. Our core task is to ensure healthy and functional environments for research and teaching with a professional approach. We are unpretentious, yet ambitious.

Qualifications and professional profile (preferably within several of these areas)

• Logistics education or experience.
• Experience from retail or similar service professions.
• Valid driver’s license for a passenger car.
• Knowledge of waste handling.
• Microsoft Office at user level.
• Danish and English in writing and speech.

You as a person

• You are expected to naturally provide a high level of service and thus be a good representative of Buildings Nørre.
• You are not afraid to take independent initiative.
• You are responsible and have a good overview.
• You have good physical stamina.
• You are flexible.
• You have a good mood.

Salary and employment terms

The weekly working time is 37 hours including lunch break. Employment is in accordance with the rules of the Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The State Sector (OAO-S joint agreement) and according to the organizational agreement for 3F, Warehouse and Trade Workers in the capital.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
