Then it's you we're looking for. We have a large influx of citizens and need extra help.

On February 16 we moved from traditional home care to holistic care.

This means that home care, nursing and assessment are gathered in a closer and more multidisciplinary collaboration around the citizens. Strib Holistic Care is looking for dedicated SSH or SSA who want to help create security, well-being and quality of life for our citizens.

About the job

• Primarily day shifts with a few evening shifts.
• Work every other weekend – and the possibility of 4 extra long weekends per year.
• Based on Middelfart Municipality's life-phase policy, we will do our best to meet your wishes regarding hours, etc., so you achieve balance between work and leisure.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who

• Is educated as SSH or SSA
• Has a big heart for the citizens and a rehabilitative approach.
• Thrives in both independent tasks and collaboration with others.
• Can keep a cool head in pressured situations and thrives with challenges
• Has humor, drive and can contribute to a good working environment.
• Is not afraid to think creatively and share your knowledge.
• Has a driving license, as we are a large district with long distances

Familiarity with Nexus is an advantage but not a necessity
