Your daily life and tasks

As a workshop supervisor assistant you will be an important support function for the workshop supervisor and the rest of the team. You will play a central role in the daily operation, where you contribute to the administrative processes at the workshop supervisor's office.

You will be part of a workshop that includes a sales department for new and used trucks, build/assembly, service workshop, damage department with chassis straightening and a complete spare parts warehouse for servicing the full Volvo and Renault Trucks van and truck program. In addition, a high-tech workshop for aligning chassis frames and cabs with laser technology. Your task is to ensure a constant and dynamic flow of our orders, from creation to invoicing, including:

• Preparation and invoicing of workshop orders
• Entering workshop orders into customer portals
• Handling of documentation and warranty cases
• Time recording/preparation of payroll for hourly workers
• Diverse administrative tasks related to daily operations

Your qualifications and personality

You have a background as a mechanic, parts clerk or experience with administrative work from a workshop.

You have a flexible approach to problem solving, and routine tasks are handled efficiently with attention to detail and a focus on a good result. In addition you are:

• Outgoing with a good sense of humor
• Clear in your communication, both written and spoken
• Customer-service oriented and able to handle many tasks at once
• Interested in a daily life in front of the computer with administrative tasks
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in solving tasks
• Ready for a sometimes hectic daily life and able to juggle several balls at once
• Ready to work as part of a busy team

You must be used to a workday where there are many different tasks to be solved at the same time, and where you can make independent decisions.
