Ørnereden is seeking a pedagogue assistant from November 1st or as soon as possible thereafter. The position is 37 weekly hours and is in our toddler group. It is important that you bring plenty of energy to the pedagogical work with everything it entails of play at child height and collaboration with colleagues and parents.

About the job

You will be permanently attached to one room. However, you may be asked to be in one of the other rooms when there is a need for it.

Your primary task will be to support the pedagogical learning and development in close collaboration with the house’s pedagogues and, in general, contribute to making everyday life function well.

In addition, there is close collaboration with the parents, whom you will meet every day in the cloakroom when they drop off and pick up their children.

We continually develop and refine our pedagogical approaches and learning environments, and we believe that even small adjustments in approaches and practice have a large impact on the quality we meet children and parents with.

We place a high value on the working environment by focusing on well-being and job satisfaction in the staff group through daily pedagogical work with children and parents. We also emphasize that each staff member has the opportunity for a high degree of influence on the daily pedagogical work.

If you have experience and a desire to pursue a Merit-pedagogue education, we are very interested in that.

Your profile

You like to play with children and want to make every day a good day for all our children. You must be able to work independently with children in smaller groups, and be prepared to solve many diverse tasks that are important for our daily life to function well.

You have a curious approach to both your own and colleagues’ practices, and want to develop yourself through sparring with your colleagues.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary setting takes place after negotiation with the union representing the employee organization based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement that can form the basis for salary setting

Weekly hours: 37 hours.
