About the job
Regular awake night shift at Søbæk Have day-care
Are you passionate about making a difference for people with special needs?
Are you motivated by professional challenges, collaboration across disciplines, and a work environment with high professionalism and room for humor?
We are seeking a regular awake night shift. You may be a trained pedagogical assistant, pedagogue, SSH, or SSA. There are three fixed night shifts working simultaneously for 49 residents at Søbæk Have
The position is 32 hours per week with start on January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible. You work 7 days in a row and then have 7 days off. Working hours are 22:45 to 07:15.
About us
We are a 24-hour facility for adult residents aged 18 and up with significant and lasting physical and/or mental functional impairment.
We base our work on
- Overs Approach Act Sections 83, 85, 107 and 108
- Health Act Section 138
Residents have various needs and diagnoses, including communication difficulties and outwardly acting behavior. Therefore, we seek an employee with strong professional competencies, good judgment, and the ability to build secure relationships.
Residents live in their own apartments with access to common areas. We provide support both in their individual daily life and in the community – around the clock.
Our core task
We support residents' opportunities to live a meaningful life with the greatest possible independence, development, and participation in communities.
We do this through a holistic and interdisciplinary approach, where social-pedagogical and health care perspectives go hand in hand.
With us you become part of an engaged team where we help each other, share knowledge, and work purposefully with individual efforts for each resident.
We offer
- An exciting workplace in development, where you have the opportunity to use and develop your competencies
- A strong interdisciplinary collaboration with focus on professional sparring and resident involvement
- Good colleagues who prioritize collaboration, well-being, and job satisfaction
- A daily life characterized by structure, flexibility, and good humor
- Focus on a healthy psychological work environment
- An active MED- and TRIO collaboration
- Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement and the principles of Ny Løn
We are looking for you who
- Are interested in working with adults with complex and composite support needs
- Wish to work across disciplines and in a holistic manner
- Are relationship-oriented and meet people with respect, empathy, and professionalism
- Can maintain calm, overview, and decisiveness in unpredictable situations
- Thrive with responsibility and actively contribute to shared task solving
- Have an eye for both health care and social-pedagogical efforts
- Have good written and oral communication skills
- Preferably have knowledge of KMD Nexus and FSIII, but not a prerequisite
- Contribute positively to the work environment and good collegiality
