Dansk Omsorgspleje is looking for a skilled SSH, nursing assistant or SSA for a fixed night shift of 21 hours per week .

As a night shift you play an important role in creating safety, calm and continuity for our residents through the night . You must be able to work independently and make professional judgments – but you are never alone.

With us you should be able to say: “This isn’t completely comfortable for me yet.” and know that we will help you move forward.

We work with fixed teams, multidisciplinary collaboration, rehabilitation, self-determination and coherence – in line with the Older Persons Act.

We are looking for someone who

· Is educated as SSH, nursing assistant or SSA

· Has a valid driver's license

· Is professionally strong, responsible and caring

· Can work independently and also be a good team player

· Wants to build good relations with the clients

· Thrives working at night and can maintain an overview

· Is reliable and responsible

· Has an interest in rehabilitation and professional development

· Wants to contribute to developing Gribskov's best home care

· Has experience with or knowledge of Nexus, FMK, SEL, the Older Persons Act and SUL

Employment

· The position is for 21 hours per week

· Fixed night shift with start time 00:00–06:00

· Start as soon as possible – we are happy to wait for the right candidate
