Now we want to strengthen both our process-focused profile and our relations to the market. Therefore we are seeking an experienced colleague who will help set the course for the area and create something together with us.

You will have a central position in the development of our market area within wastewater treatment. Here you will bring your expertise, your market knowledge and your relationships into play and contribute to making Artelia a relevant and clear partner for utilities and other players in the industry.

Your professional know-how

You have a solid understanding of treatment plants and wastewater treatment and experience in several of the following areas:

• Process design and optimization of treatment plants
• Structural plans, capacity analyses and future-proofing of treatment plants
• Energy optimization, resource recovery and sludge handling
• Hydraulics, control and process integration
• Regulatory matters and dialogue with utilities and public clients
• Cross-disciplinary advisory in connection with larger wastewater and treatment plant projects

The most important thing is not that you are a specialist in all areas. The crucial thing is that you understand the professional interconnections, can see the customers' needs and manage to assemble the right competencies around a task or an opportunity.

Your experience

• You have experience with dialogue with utilities and other central players in the industry and understand their needs, framework conditions and decision-making processes. Experiences you can also translate into relevant collaborations, proposals and advisory services.
• You thrive at the intersection of expertise, customers and business development.
• You have a desire to strengthen existing relationships and create new ones.
• You are motivated to develop a market area, contribute to prioritizing the right opportunities and help build a team around the area.
• You may not necessarily have had formal market responsibility, but we expect you to have an eye for the market and a willingness to take co-responsibility for Artelia's development in the area
