The job as claim handler

You will become part of an experienced team of 7 skilled colleagues, who work closely together to handle our customers' complaints and claims for damages when goods are damaged or lost.

The team assesses all incoming complaints and claims and determines whether the customer is entitled to compensation or not in accordance with the CMR Convention, our terms and conditions, cooperation agreements and similar.

Our customers submit their complaints or claims via our web portal. The electronic damage reports are automatically created in our case management system, CRM system, where we among other things send electronic inquiries to our carriers. In our case system we also document and log all case details before we make a final decision in accordance with applicable rules.

You will sit at our office in Taastrup together with two of your colleagues. In addition you have close contact with the rest of the team across the country.

Your tasks

• Handling of complaints and claims for damages in accordance with the CMR Convention, etc.
• Case management and clarification of daily incoming complaints and claims for damages
• Inspection of damaged goods
• Customer contact via email and phone in connection with case handling
• Support to colleagues for complaint-related questions
• Various ad hoc tasks in collaboration with the rest of the team

• Are structured and detail-oriented
• Are service-minded, approachable and have good communication skills in both writing and speaking
• Have a flair for IT and numbers
• Are responsible and work independently, while being motivated by the team's common results
• Quickly get to grips with new tasks and systems - and approach new challenges with curiosity

If you have experience from the industry, it is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important is that you are structured and enjoy diving into cases.

This is a full-time position of 37 hours.

• Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:00
• Friday: 08:00–15:30
