And now for the fun part: Your job in the Customer Success team! 🥳

We need superheroes like you to advise and help our customers over the phone and via email. You will be the expert who guides them through everything from shipping and integration to complaints and case handling.

Your main task is to provide the best customer experience, even when it comes to complaints and case handling. You will have contact with many of the large, popular carriers in the Nordic region, so we expect you to be professional.

You will have the opportunity to influence your tasks, but initially we expect you to help with:

• Providing fantastic customer service both by email and phone
• Setting up shipping agreements with our +80 different carriers
• Handling case processing and complaints
• Taking care of administrative tasks

We set high standards for our service, and therefore we also prioritise a solid and tailored onboarding program that introduces you well to Shipmondo as a company and our product/services, and prepares you well for the role as a Customer Success Agent with us.

It would be amazing if you…

👉🏼 are a structured team player who is ready to go full throttle.

👉🏼 can juggle many balls in the air while handling your own tasks.

👉🏼 have experience with customer service, especially business customers (but not a requirement).

We do expect, however, that you can communicate professionally in both Danish and English and are keen to get to know our universe.
