Assistant Advisor for Vejle

There have recently been many exciting things happening in our Corporate and Private Banking department in Vejle.

The department is growing, and therefore we are looking for an assistant advisor who wants to play a central role in everyday life and help ensure good experiences for both customers and colleagues.

A key function in the department

We are looking for a person who thrives on being the go-to person for others. You who can create structure, keep an overview of the many details and at the same time ensure that customers and colleagues experience high quality in everything we do.

As an assistant advisor you are a central part of the customer experience and an important teammate for the department's advisors. You help create coherence in the customers' journeys, support the advisors in daily work and ensure that tasks are carried out with quality and consideration.

Your tasks span a wide range. You work with customer onboarding, administrative processes and daily customer service, but you are also close to the customers and participate in customer meetings together with the advisors. You will have a large contact surface across the department and become an important part of the interaction between Corporate, Private Banking and Investment.

It is an advantage if you have experience with customer service and administrative processes. If you have knowledge of Bankdata's systems or experience from the financial sector, that is also a plus, but it is not a requirement.
