Assistant Private Banker for Private Banking Elite

In Private Banking Elite we advise wealthy families as well as their holding and investment companies. Our work is based on each family's situation, wishes and long-term plans. We believe that the best solutions are created through strong relationships, high professional standards and close collaboration – both with the clients and across the bank. You will become part of a team of 20 colleagues, where we help each other, share knowledge and have room for both humor and diversity. Your workplace can be Aarhus or Copenhagen, depending on where in the country you live.

Your tasks

As Assistant Private Banker you will become an important and professionally active part of the client team around our Senior Private Bankers. You help create an overview, ensure progress and make the details come together so that customers experience high quality and presence in all their contact with us.

• Support Senior Private Bankers in the daily handling and development of client portfolios
• Actively participate in client meetings when your expertise and insights can contribute to the dialogue and the overall advice
• Provide professional support including pension, housing, credit and the clients' overall finances
• Work with credit assessments and handling of complex credit cases, in cooperation with Senior Private Bankers
• Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and create a safe and clear journey from start to finish
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialists across the bank to find solutions that fit the client's needs

About you

• Experience from a support function, as an advisor, or another role with some form of client contact
• Communicates clearly and in a welcoming manner with both clients and colleagues
• Maintains an overview when multiple tasks and client cases must be coordinated simultaneously
• Takes initiative and follows up to ensure tasks are completed
• Works in a structured way and has an eye for both quality and the good client experience
• Contributes positively to the team and meets everyday life with energy and engagement

Experience with corporate clients and the ability to read and understand financial statements is an advantage. It is not a requirement if you are motivated to develop yourself in the area. Similarly, experience with using AI, chatbots is an advantage. It is not a requirement, but something that will gradually play a larger role in our workflows, and would therefore be an advantage if you are keen to explore it.
