If you dream of working as a project manager, this position could be the perfect next step for you. We are looking for an engaged and independent person who is ready to take responsibility and help assist on our projects (both internal and external).

At Novicell we are friendly and diligent and there are many other skilled student workers to network with and enjoy a beer with in our Friday bar. You will join our Platform Solutions department of 42 people, and specifically join the Project Management team with 8 skilled project managers. You will learn a lot about digital development, communication and client handling, and how these elements fit together to create successful IT projects.

Your tasks will include

• Planning : Help keep track of timelines, tasks and subtasks, so we reach the deadlines.
• Communication : Help hold meetings in the project team, inform stakeholders and engage in dialogue with our clients.
• Follow-up and reporting : Help with ongoing reporting (internal/external), as well as evaluating the process and results. Is there something we can do better next time?
• Personal assistant to the team leadership : Follow-up on internal projects, forecasts and resource bookings, internal KPIs, etc. Assist the team leadership with relevant ad hoc tasks.
• Operations and management : Operations and project management of smaller customer solutions.

We expect that

• You are pursuing a relevant education in IT, Communication or Project Management and ideally have a couple of years left of your studies.
• You are empathetic, have good people skills and a good intuition for how best to influence and help others
• You are structured, think in contexts and create an overview
• You have knowledge of and interest in how digital technology can move a business
• You are curious and have an analytical approach to problem-solving
• You speak and write Danish and English and understand the importance of good communication, both written and spoken
