At Scheelsminde and Restaurant Bühlmann we are in continued development, and we are seeking to reinforce our dedicated waitstaff.

We are looking for a skilled waiter, preferably with leadership experience, but not a requirement. The job naturally requires an interest in gastronomy, wine and, not least, hospitality.

Scheelsminde has for generations been a well-renowned hotel with gastronomy at a high level. Restaurant Bühlmann, which is the hotel's restaurant, has over the years gained nationwide attention and great recognition. Scheelsminde is part of Bühlmann Hotels, a hotel group in rapid development. In addition to Restaurant Bühlmann, we at Scheelsminde offer catering for meetings, conferences and events as well as breakfast for the hotel's guests. Here there are also plans to further develop the level and secure our leading position in Aalborg and Northern Jutland.

The job includes, among other things, the following areas of responsibility

• Close collaboration with the Restaurant Manager on daily operations, development and quality assurance of the restaurant
• Act as the Restaurant Manager's deputy
• Be a visible host and role model for both guests and staff and ensure a high level of hospitality
• Coordinate and plan the daily restaurant operations
• Advise and guide guests on the menu, wine, beverages and gastronomic experiences
• Contribute to training, mentoring and development of employees and help create a strong and engaged team
