Assistant Store Manager

Talented leader – assistant store manager – for our store in Hjørring Modström Market.

For our store in Hjørring Metropol Center we are looking for a committed, independent and motivated assistant store manager with a passion for selling and leading the sales in our store. Your role as assistant store manager will be to ensure a great experience for our customers in collaboration with the staff, and at the same time create solid development and results in the store in collaboration with the district manager. You should have the appetite for a very busy everyday life with challenges and the ability to create positive energy among customers and colleagues.

Job content

You will be responsible for all the tasks associated with the daily operation of the store. You should thrive working independently and have responsibility, as well as being measured on your performance.

Your primary tasks

Further develop the store with a focus on the quality of sales and service in collaboration with the district manager, and ensure that the store always presents itself invitingly to our customers.

• Personal selling and service, and ensuring good customer experiences
• Compliance with set budgets
• Compliance with defined KPIs (Basket size etc.)
• Daily sales management for the store staff
• Lead, allocate and follow up on the tasks that arise from the day’s to do and goals

Job profile

You have extensive experience with personal selling from retail and preferably the fashion industry. In addition, the ability to lead and have an overview and structure, plus to create customer contact, build good customer relationships, and a good atmosphere in the store.

The position is 37 hours/week.
