We are seeking a supportive business advisor for our Business Center in Ringkøbing. You will become an important part of a strong business team focused on high professionalism, good collaboration and value-adding customer advisory. We are experiencing continued growth and influx of new clients, and therefore we are looking for a colleague who wants to work closely with our business advisors and customers.

In the Ringkøbing Business Center we handle the finances around the customer, the business and the private economy as a whole.

Your role

You will be the link between advisory and execution and play a key role in creating good customer experiences from start to finish.

Your tasks will include

• Support the business advisors before, during and after a customer meeting
• Gather relevant information for the creation of new business customers
• Process customer information for use in pension and investment solutions
• Prepare and follow up on credit cases for business and private
• Ensure a professional customer experience and efficient case handling
• Contribute to the development of existing customer relationships
