At Netcompany we are looking for recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree who want a challenging, social and developmental start to their career as 'Associate Consultant'. Do you want to be involved in developing some of Denmark's most complex and societally critical IT solutions – in a role where software development, project management and close client contact shape everyday life?

The role of 'Associate Consultant' has the same title in both areas (Application Services and Consulting). The difference mainly lies in how you work with customers and solutions and which area best matches your interests – either a more project-oriented setup (Consulting) or a more long-term, team- and solution-driven setup (Application Services).

Responsibilities and technologies

As an Associate Consultant you contribute to translating the customer’s needs into the right technical solution. We use the technology that is right for the project and the client. Therefore it is important that you enjoy working with new and varied areas and technologies to continuously develop your competence.

Much of our projects are based on web-based technologies such as Angular or React as well as Java or C# on a Java- or .NET-platform. In addition we work with many standard platforms from, among others, Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, Snowflake, Guidewire and others.

As an Associate Consultant you also contribute to all parts of the system development with a strong focus on the technical tasks. Your duties and responsibilities will vary from project to project and evolve over time – but your day-to-day typically will be characterized by tasks such as:

• Building and development of frameworks and integrations
• Implementation of features in the user interface
• Configuration and development of extensions to standard platforms
• Automation of business processes, for example in the form of batch jobs
• Development of tools and scripts for migrating large data volumes

About you

We imagine that you have a university-level bachelor’s degree in, for example, computer science, software development, systems science or similar. In addition we imagine that you:

• Are a recent graduate or have a couple of years of experience – the most important thing is that you are passionate about taking your career in IT to the next level
• Have solid IT technical skills in object-oriented programming
• Have basic knowledge of software development and are motivated to develop your competencies
• Think analytically, have high drive and work in a structured way
