Are you the teacher who can make numbers, science, technology and young people make sense?

At our school we are seeking two strong and engaged teachers who want to make a difference – both in the classroom and in the community.

One of them shall be our new mathematics and science/technology teacher in the early years and middle school. You should be able to create teaching where curiosity, inquiry and subject knowledge go hand in hand – and where the students feel encouraged to ask: ”Why?” and ”What if…?”

The other shall be our new Danish teacher in the junior master apprenticeship, where school, reality and practice meet. Here it's about seeing the possibilities in the individual young person, creating motivation and giving the students courage for both learning and life after school.

We offer

A place in a community with around 450 pupils from 0-9th grade. The school is two-track in the basic school and three-track in the upper school. Our pupil base is broad and diverse with many nationalities.

The school is divided into 3 divisions; early years, middle level and upper level. We have a strong resource team, where many disciplines and special competencies support the challenges that can exist at both individual and community level

Salary

Salary is set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and Lemvig Municipality's salary policy.

The starting salary for a full-time employee is 37,459 DKK per month plus pension. In addition, a qualification pay is provided based on your experience as a teacher.
