Attruphøj is looking for hourly-paid temporary workers

Attruphøj is a residence for adults with acquired brain injury and belongs to the Center for Acquired Brain Injury and Physical Disability. There are 28 housing units spread across three houses.

We are seeking hourly paid temporary workers who can work across the three houses in day, evening, night, weekend and public holidays. Please indicate in your application whether you wish to work at night or day/evening.

Hourly paid temporary workers are on-call substitutes. There are no fixed shifts, but you are called in when there is an acute need for you to report to work. It is not possible to plan with fixed hours in the shift schedule.

It would be an advantage if you have a pedagogical/healthcare background and/or experience with the target group. The number of hours varies.

The positions are to be filled as soon as possible or no later than 1 November 2026.

The citizens all have cognitive injuries, and several have outwardly aggressive behavior which can be verbal and/or physical. The citizens need massive support, and many receive one-to-one support throughout the day.

In all houses, the work consists of both pedagogical and healthcare tasks, solved in collaboration with the citizen to the extent the citizen can contribute. Since many citizens receive massive support for all daily activities, you are often with the same citizen for most of your shift, which is why it is important that you can work in this way. You always have the opportunity for sparring with the colleagues you are working with and you are never alone at work.

Neuropedagogy is the driving force behind our pedagogical work, where we base it on the individual citizen's resources. We work with BVC regarding the citizen's outwardly aggressive behavior.
