About the job

Here you will develop the concept, plan and run workshops in collaboration with ATV’s members, report back and later handle follow‑up.

Would you like to work in a member‑driven think tank that focuses on technology, research, innovation, education and sustainable growth? Do you want to help create a solid knowledge base for Denmark’s future green and technological transition together with some of the country’s leading technology leaders? Then you might be our new colleague.

ATV – Academy of Technical Sciences seeks a strong project manager, who among other things will plan and facilitate exciting mission‑oriented workshops under ATV’s project Guide to a Resilient Denmark . Here you will develop the concept, plan and run workshops in collaboration with ATV’s members, report back and later handle follow‑up.

You will also serve on a couple of ATV’s committees and among other things be responsible for planning, developing and reporting the work in ATV’s theme group The Future of Sustainable Production. ATV’s members are organized in thematic groups, which you secretary‑support and co‑create results with.

One of your tasks will be to assist us with a project that measures the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry in terms of resources, energy, CO2, waste and water consumption in a sustainability barometer. It will be a great advantage if you have experience in collecting and analysing data from public databases and surveys as well as qualitative interviews.

Your duties will include preparing project proposals, reports and notes as well as conducting meetings, workshops, fundraising and project reporting. You will participate in several internal and external collaborations.

You will become part of ATV’s secretariat, which consists of 13 staff members plus a group of students. The structure in the secretariat is flat, and we help and spar with each other across the board.

The work takes place in close interaction with colleagues and ATV’s members, who include researchers and technology leaders across universities, companies, foundations and other knowledge institutions.
