At Kommunikationssamarbejde Midt, we are experiencing strong demand for our hearing-related services, and therefore we are expanding our hearing team.

In this context we are looking for an audiology assistant who is passionate about both the audiological field and close citizen contact. Here you meet citizens where your professional expertise makes a real difference – often from the first meeting.

We offer a permanent position of 32-37 hours per week with start date 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

You will become part of an organized and solution-oriented hearing team with hearing consultants, hearing instructors and secretaries. We work closely together, help each other and maintain a humorous and informal tone in daily life. The challenges for citizens range from straightforward to complex hearing losses, which makes the work both versatile and professionally exciting.

Your tasks

As an audiology assistant you will work broadly within the audiological field, including among other things with

• Adjustment of publicly acquired hearing aids
• Assessing needs for hearing assistive devices and instructing in their use
• Occasional home visits
• Advice and guidance to citizens regarding their hearing issues
• Taking impressions for ear props
• Organizing decentralized meeting places together with the rest of the team

Who are you?

You have a relevant hearing-related education, e.g., audiology assistant – ideally with experience from the above areas.

You thrive in a professionally strong environment, are independent, structured and eager to be part of a team where everyone contributes positively to both tasks and the work environment.

Travel is required in all four municipalities. It is therefore a requirement that you have a driving license. We have company cars available.

Terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Start date is 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

In connection with the recruitment we will obtain a criminal record and references.

Randers Municipality is a smoke-free workplace, i.e., smoking is not allowed during working hours.
