Auto painter – nationwide flyer

Are you an auto body painter, and do you thrive on variation, new colleagues and different workplaces? Then we may have the job for you!

We are looking for a skilled and flexible auto body painter who will act as a rover across our departments throughout Denmark.

You therefore will not have one fixed department as your daily workplace. Instead you will step in wherever extra hands are needed. That means plenty of variation, different tasks and the opportunity to get to know our departments and colleagues across the country.

Byens Bilpleje.com is Denmark's leading company in cosmetic car detailing, including auto painting, dent repair, rust protection and replacement of auto glass. We are the preferred partner in the automotive industry. Byens Bilpleje.com was founded in 1997 and today employs over 400 people. We handle more than 200,000 cars per year.

What will you do?

As our nationwide rover, you will be part of our painting team and help out in the departments where the need is greatest.

Your tasks will include

• Preparation and painting of cars, including filling, sanding, masking and spray painting
• Ensuring high quality and finish of the completed work
• Stepping in at our various departments around Denmark
• Collaborating with different teams and colleagues across the organization
• Structuring and managing your own tasks – even when the pace is high
• And of course all the other things that come with a workday where no two days are necessarily the same

Who are you?

The position is for you who like freedom, responsibility and variation. You must be prepared for the workplace to change and that the job involves driving around Denmark.

We imagine that you

• Have training or solid experience as an auto body painter
• Care about quality and a neat finish
• Are flexible and thrive working at different locations
• Can quickly blend into a new team and collaborate with different colleagues
• Can keep track of your tasks, even when it is busy
• Are structured and independent
• Have a driving license (B)
• Thrive in a fast-paced company with good humor and plenty of variation

What do you get?

• Company car provided during working hours so you can move between our departments
• Salary according to qualifications
• A daily life with great variation and the opportunity to work with colleagues all across Denmark
• The market's best tools and products to work with
• Good opportunities for professional and personal development
• Good colleagues and a workplace with humor, a great atmosphere and room to grow
• Collective agreement, pension and other employee benefits
