Automation Specialist for Power Platform development and Blue Prism operations

At ATP we work every day with the systems and processes that make large parts of Danish welfare function. Therefore we also invest heavily in technologies that can make our workflows smarter, simpler and more efficient.

We are now seeking a new colleague for our section Chatbots & Intelligent Automation. Here we work with automation, AI and low-code technologies that support ATP’s core tasks across the organization.

You will be part of an area where we both develop central solutions and support employees in the business who themselves build smaller automations. At the same time you will have the opportunity to work with some of the technologies that in these years are changing the way we develop digital solutions.

Your tasks

You will work with both development, operations and further development of our automations. Specifically you will:

• develop process automation solutions in Power Automate
• develop agents in Copilot Studio
• contribute to scaling ATP’s Copilot Studio solutions so more business areas can benefit from the technology
• support operations, maintenance and further development of existing Blue Prism solutions
• identify business needs and translate them into automation solutions or technical improvements
• contribute to governance, monitoring and standards so that the solutions are stable, secure and reusable across the organization
• collaborate with developers, specialists and business areas to identify new opportunities for automation and AI.

Who are you?

You have at minimum a relevant master's degree, which has given you a solid understanding of business, processes, technology and development.

You may also have a couple of years of experience from a similar job, but the most important is that you:

• have an understanding of the link between business, processes and technology
• are interested in low-code development, Microsoft Power Platform and AI
• have a basic understanding of development and programming languages
• can elicit needs and translate them into technical or process-focused solutions
• have an interest in governance, standards, monitoring and quality in automation solutions
• are curious about new technologies and AI
• want to learn, collaborate and take responsibility for professional challenges.

It is advantageous if you already have experience with Blue Prism or the Power Platform.

Who are we?

You will be part of the section Chatbots & Intelligent Automation, where we are 9 specialists with high professionalism and great curiosity about new technologies. We work closely together on tasks and value sparring, so we develop both the solutions and each other.

In daily work you will collaborate with both developers and business profiles. Tasks range from needs assessment and advisory to development, support and further development of shared platforms and standards.

At ATP you have the opportunity to work with technologies that have impact at scale. You help develop solutions that support important societal tasks, while building experience in automation, AI, Power Platform and governance.

We are located in Hillerød, and you have the option for remote work within ATP’s current framework.
