Automation Technician for the Maintenance Department at TECHLINE

Are you a skilled automation technician with a passion for maintenance and optimization of production equipment? Would you like to be part of a dynamic team that works with various robot technologies? Then it's you we are looking for for our maintenance department in Techline, where we produce actuator systems for use in industry.

We are a team of four guys and an apprentice, and we are looking for an extra man/woman to the team. On our current team several of us are more mechanically oriented, and therefore we are looking for someone who has electrical engineering flair. The work will be on shift day/evening.

Primary tasks

• Systematic maintenance of LINAK production equipment (we use Maintplan)
• Troubleshooting and fault correction of PLC-controlled installations and machines
• Production optimization of equipment in collaboration with production engineers and operators
• Systematic fault finding, fault correction and repair of pneumatic/electrical systems and controls
• Preparation of technical documentation, instructions and guidelines
• Assist in the purchase of production equipment

You

• are a trained automation technician or have another relevant education and have a good knowledge of production equipment
• have solid troubleshooting experience
• are service-minded, results-oriented, quality-conscious and a stable workforce
• are independent, proactive and can keep a cool head in pressurized situations
• contributes to valuable collaboration and a good team spirit, reflected in the department's attitude and manner, while at the same time you are a forerunner of customer-oriented behavior
• are flexible and willing to jump from one task to another when the job requires it, and willing to take on tasks that do not fall within the workshop's normal area of work
• display professional pride and are at the forefront of the condition of production equipment, so that within your area it is at all times optimally maintained and continuously improved
• function as the technical expert, who constructively contributes in connection with purchasing, commissioning and improvements of the equipment
• can operate in Danish, English and preferably German
