AV technician for video conferencing and collaboration platforms

Would you take on the technical responsibility for some of the state's most central videoconference and collaboration platforms? Do you thrive in operation, development and troubleshooting in complex environments, and are you motivated by finding solutions to technical challenges? We are looking for a skilled employee for our VK team.

About the position Together with experienced and capable colleagues you will be responsible for operation, maintenance and further development of Statens Its collaboration and videoconference platforms. You will become a central part of the team and play an important role in ensuring stable and efficient solutions for both internal employees and customers.

Your tasks will include troubleshooting, technical guidance and implementation of new solutions across our videoconference- and collaboration platforms. At the same time you will contribute to development projects, automation of operational tasks and ongoing improvement of existing solutions.

The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, customers, suppliers and consultants, and you will function as a technical specialist within selected platforms and technologies.

Your primary tasks

• Participation in projects and implementation of new collaboration- and videoconference solutions
• Daily operations, support and troubleshooting on videoconference- and collaboration platforms
• Automation and optimization of operational and administrative tasks
• Technical guidance and sparring with colleagues, customers and partners
• Documentation of solutions, processes and technical procedures
• Knowledge sharing and competence building across the organization

About you We would like you to have experience with operation and development of technical platforms and a good understanding of modern videoconference- and collaboration platforms. You thrive on analyzing complex problems and translating them into stable and user-friendly solutions.

You will likely recognise yourself in several of the following

• You have experience with operation and optimization of collaboration and meeting platforms in enterprise environments.
• You are strong in Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Pexip, Zulip and similar communication solutions.
• You thrive with technical troubleshooting and find solutions to complex operational challenges.
• You understand the connection between networks, identity, security and integrations.
• You work naturally with automation, Azure technologies and structured operational processes such as ITIL and ServiceNow.
