Otto , 8 years old, lives with his parents and siblings in Copenhagen SØ. Otto is a happy and curious boy who, due to his autism and ADHD, needs routines and familiarity.

We are currently seeking an employee who has time and desire to spend one afternoon per week with Otto, while his parents may go out. The time with Otto can be spent at home or outdoors. Otto enjoys physical activity, so a trip to a playground would be ideal.

Who are you?

We are looking for an initiative and patient relief worker who will make a difference for a sweet boy and his family. You should have a loving nature, but also be able to create structure and secure surroundings.

As a person you are calm, present and empathetic. You are also reliable and want to work with Otto in an independent manner. Last but not least, you have a ready smile and can see yourself in the job for a long time to come.

Employment

The position is 18 hours per month, which the family wishes to place on one afternoon per week from 3:30 PM for 3 hours. Otto arrives by bus in the time window 3:30 PM–4:00 PM, where you should be ready to greet him. In addition, the family would like to use the remaining hours on a weekend day per month by arrangement. The family is flexible regarding days and this can be agreed either as a fixed schedule or on an ongoing basis.

As an employee in Olivia Denmark you will be covered by the collective agreement with FOA, and are therefore secured a number of fundamental terms. You will be paid at wage grade 15, which corresponds to a base salary of around 165 DKK per hour as well as evening and weekend allowances.
