In your role as Backline advisor you will be a crucial part of our customer service, where you are responsible for acting as our welcoming point of contact and delivering the world’s best quality of service to our customers.

About the job As a Backline advisor in DHL Express Customer Service, you will play an important role in ensuring that we live up to the promises we make to our customers every day, while having fun at the same time. You will work in an exciting, and at times busy, environment where you will serve as a problem-solver for our customers, and you will arrange and ensure a successful pickup and delivery of parcels domestically and internationally.

You will be in daily contact with many customers and colleagues, and it is therefore important that you take pride in delivering the best service every time. You will solve tasks together with a motivated and efficient team that always puts the customer at the center. You will distribute tasks among yourselves in an informal and fun environment with room for everyone.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8-17, with one day per week until 15:30. You will be based at our headquarters in Vallensbæk, with the possibility of home office.
