Bagsværd: PROJECT MANAGERS SOUGHT – WHEN PLAN A MEETS REALITY, YOU MUST HAVE PLAN B READY 👷♂️

The crew must know what to do. The machines must be in the right places. The customer must be informed. The finances must add up.

And of course the phone rings in the middle of it all.

We are seeking more project managers for earthworks, sewer and civil engineering tasks , who both have the construction expertise foundation and the ability to juggle many balls at once.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

You will, among other things, work with

🔹 Planning and coordination of construction works

🔹 Management of crews, equipment and subcontractors

🔹 Timelines and progress

🔹 Financial follow-up and change orders

🔹 Customer contact and dialogue with partners

🔹 Quality assurance and documentation

🔹 Ongoing problem solving on site

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THE CONTRACTOR PROFESSION

You don’t necessarily need to have held the title of project manager your entire career.

A background as contracting manager, foreman, civil works supervisor or another experienced profile in earthworks and sewer can also be interesting.

On the other hand, you must understand how the work is actually carried out. You should be able to talk with the people on site without first googling the difference between a trench and a rebate.

YOU GET

✅ A central role with responsibility

✅ Permanent employment

✅ Varied tasks

✅ Contact with both customers and contractors

✅ Opportunity for professional development and more responsibility

✅ Salary according to qualifications
