Bahne is seeking an E-commerce Search & Merchandising Specialist for the e-commerce team (maternity leave cover)

Bahnes digital business is evolving, and we are therefore looking for an analytically and commercially strong E-commerce Search & Merchandising Specialist for our e-commerce team. As an E-commerce Search & Merchandising Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that customers are presented with the most relevant products on Bahne.dk – both when they search, navigate our categories and encounter inspiration and recommendations.

You will work with onsite search, product data, digital merchandising and recommendations and continuously optimize the experience based on customer behavior, data, campaigns and commercial focus areas. In addition, you will contribute to optimizing our omnichannel customer journey and work closely with the rest of the e-commerce team, marketing, purchasing and our stores.

Your primary tasks

• Responsible for optimizing onsite search - search logic, synonyms and search behavior
• Analysis of search data and customer behavior with a view to improving conversion
• Merchandising of category pages based on campaigns, product focus, relevance and commercial priorities
• Optimization and curation of product recommendations and inspiration across Bahne.dk
• Testing and development of new opportunities within search, recommendations and merchandising
• Reporting of commercial media packages across search and recommendations
• Analysis and optimization of customer behavior across the webshop and omnichannel services such as Click & Collect
• Contribute to ongoing optimization of product information as well as coordination around campaigns and focus in collaboration with the team, purchasing and marketing

We expect that you have experience with e-commerce, digital merchandising or similar.
