Bakkehuset seeks a professionally skilled Social- and Health Care Assistant who is passionate about holistic care

Bakkehuset is the municipality's largest care center located in Nykøbing F and with a wonderful view of Guldborgsund. At Bakkehuset we have a total of 84 homes distributed over 6 blocks.

We are seeking a new SSA colleague with primary attachment to one of our blocks, but who can also help out in the others.

Currently we have employed SSHs, SSAs and pedagogical staff on the blocks. Our goal is to expand the staff group with another 1-2 SSAs.

The residents at Bakkehuset have a need for guidance, care, treatment and a stimulating environment.

We have a busy everyday life with many tasks, and we are dedicated to creating a professional and caring environment, where residents can live a dignified old-age life based on their own values and needs.

• You remember to take care of the good working environment , you have good collaboration skills and you make yourself and your colleagues look good.
• You are a competent IT user and you ensure the necessary documentation in our electronic professional system, so that visibility and knowledge sharing among colleagues is created.
• You are responsible, reliable and flexible.
• You come with fresh eyes and the desire to be part of change.

Positions are on average 37 hours/week in mixed day and evening shifts and with weekend work every 2nd weekend.

Positions are available no later than 1 December 2026 or according to agreement.
