The job

We are looking for a professionally trained, experienced carpenter for our internal service department with a sense for quality and detail for service tasks in our rental properties. You will have daily contact with our tenants, where you solve various service, repair and maintenance tasks

The team consists of four other skilled carpenter colleagues and the work primarily takes place on Funen and in the Triangle area, but there is also a fixed workday in Copenhagen and occasional trips to Northern Jutland.

You contact our tenants yourself, book appointments and keep track of your tasks.

Tasks

• Carpentry service for our tenants, e.g. repairs on windows, doors, gates, floors and door thresholds
• Large and small renovation and maintenance tasks in and on our properties, including e.g. installation of kitchens, construction of walls, replacement of windows and doors, repairs of openings, repair of wooden floors, etc.
• Outdoor repairs and renovation of the group's properties on e.g. roofs and eaves
• Daily coordination and prioritization of carpentry tasks
• Booking of appointments with tenants
• Calendar coordination
• Planning of tasks in the carpentry department with your colleagues
• Follow-up on ongoing tasks
• Closing of tasks
• Contact to external partners and suppliers

Your professional competences

• You are trained as a carpenter
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience with carpentry work in private households and/or commercial settings
• You have a B driving license - You will be allocated your own work car
• You can speak and write Danish, as our tenants are primarily Danish-speaking

Your personal competences

• You can prioritise and create an overview
• You are structured and follow up on both your own and the department's tasks
• You are independent and can function in a job without daily sparring
• You are good at communicating
• You are comfortable using digital communication
• You can use a smartphone to create and complete tasks
• You are in good physical shape, as we go up a number of stairs during the day
• It is important that you thrive in a busy everyday life, where you are both a performing carpenter and can plan your own tasks.
