About us

Jyllinge Ure og Guld is a family-owned jeweler's shop that has been located in Jyllinge since 1980. In addition to the shop in Jyllinge Center we operate webshops Guldcenter.dk and Smykkecenter.dk as well as Schmuckzentrum.de for the German market, so we ship jewelry and watches to customers in both Denmark and Germany. We are a small team that helps each other, and we place a lot of emphasis on good, personal service, both when customers are in the store and when they shop online.

About the position

We are seeking a maternity leave replacement for 30 hours per week starting 1 November or 1 December 2026 until 1 January 2028. Your tasks will be varied and will include:

• Primary customer service online via email, phone, and chat
• Customer service and sales in the store, including advice on jewelry, watches, and gifts
• Packaging and shipping webshop orders
• Labeling and pricing of goods as well as receiving stock
• General store tasks to keep the shop always looking inviting

We imagine that you

• Are outgoing and enjoy meeting customers
• Are organized, meticulous and able to work independently
• Are proficient in Danish, in writing and speaking
• Experience from retail is welcome but not required, as we provide training
• Are flexible with working hours and busy periods such as Christmas
