About the job

Are you passionate about high professional standards, competence development and clinical leadership?

We are seeking an engaged and professionally well-founded nurse for Home- and Nursing Care in Rødvig, who wants to make a difference for citizens and help develop the nursing of the future in the close-to-home health system.

We offer a maternity leave position of 37 hours per week with a shift every 4th weekend, where you will have the opportunity to apply your nursing competencies, take responsibility for complex citizen trajectories and actively contribute to the professional development of the team consisting of social and health helpers and assistants, occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

We put professionalism at the centre

With us, quality, patient safety and coherent citizen pathways are central to our work. We meet citizens with respect for their individual needs and work purposefully to support their quality of life, coping and the possibility of living an independent life.

We want to strengthen clinical leadership in Home- and Nursing Care. For us, clinical leadership means being able to see the whole in the citizen’s process, prioritise nursing interventions and ensure that the right help is given at the right time.

Your duties

As a nurse in Home- and Nursing Care you will have a varied everyday life with both independent tasks and close interdisciplinary collaboration.

Your duties will among other things be to

  • Provide nursing care to citizens with both stable and complex health issues.
  • Ensure systematic follow-up, documentation and quality in nursing.
  • Exercise clinical leadership and create an overview of citizen pathways with a focus on coordination, prioritisation and timely actions.
  • Support and guide colleagues in nursing issues.
  • Contribute to competence development, professional sparring and learning in practice.
  • Collaborate with citizens, relatives, doctors, therapists and other partners on coherent pathways.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is a trained nurse with a strong nursing identity and at least 1 year of clinical experience.
  • Has good clinical assessment abilities and can maintain an overview in a complex everyday life.
  • Has interest in or experience with clinical leadership and coordination of citizen pathways.
  • Wants to develop their own competencies and contribute to colleagues’ professional development.
  • Can translate professional knowledge into action and make decisions based on the citizen’s needs.
  • Thrives in a multidisciplinary environment where collaboration, dialogue and knowledge sharing are essential.
  • Is curious, proactive and sees opportunities for professional improvement in everyday life.
  • Values a good working environment with focus on psychological safety

We offer you

  • An exciting position of 37 hours per week with a weekend shift every 4th weekend.
  • A workplace focused on high professionalism, quality and patient safety.
  • A work environment where professional sparring, reflection and knowledge sharing are prioritized.
  • Close collaboration with engaged colleagues and relevant cross-disciplinary partners.
  • A daily life with independent responsibility, professional challenges and the opportunity to make a noticeable difference for citizens.

We believe that strong professional environments are created through trust, collaboration and a shared ambition to deliver high-quality care.

Would you like to be part of our team?

If you can see yourself in a daily life where professionalism, competence development and clinical leadership go hand in hand, we look forward to hearing from you.
