How you become a success in the job

After 100 days you have taken responsibility for your tasks and feel at home at Sparekassen Kronjylland. This has been especially successful because:

• You have completed our 100-day onboarding program and have come to know the culture, colleagues, and workflows well.
• You have become familiar with our systems and work independently with your client portfolio.
• You have been in contact with your existing clients and are able to build and maintain strong relationships. You draw on your solid experience and strong competencies in business advisory.
• You have been warmly welcomed by your colleagues, who have great trust in you. Your outgoing and curious approach means you actively contribute to the team with good input and good humor.

After one year you have become an in-demand sparring partner for both clients and colleagues, and you contribute to the department's development and ambition to be the preferred financial sparring partner for local businesses. You succeed particularly well because:

• You work strategically with the clients and cover their business comprehensively – among other things by involving relevant specialists and taking a basis in the strategic tool Business Model Canvas in the advisory.
• You have developed your portfolio and created new business through your network and proactive efforts.
• You are known for your ability to find solutions and your strong expertise on the credit side.
• You are solution-oriented and thrive in a day-to-day where you juggle multiple tasks at a high pace.
• You actively participate in networks and relationship-building activities that strengthen both customer relationships and Sparekassen Kronjylland's local position.
