Become a senior specialist for cross-functional operational support in Operations within a member-owned Nykredit group

Do you want to drive cross-functional tasks and ensure solid operational support for the units in Operations, as well as support management in the daily operations of one of the Nykredit group’s largest operational organizations?

Operations is a business-critical unit that each day ensures stable deliveries to customers, advisors and partners. We are looking for an experienced senior specialist who can create structure and progress in cross-functional tasks and translate complex issues into clear business processes, efficient procedures and usable management support.

Your key responsibilities

You will become a central support for the management and play an important role in driving and coordinating cross-functional tasks in Operations. You will create coherence between strategy, governance and daily operations and contribute to decisions being translated into clear frameworks and concrete improvements.

Your tasks will include

• develop, maintain and quality-assure cross-functional business processes, instructions and decision proposals,
• drive process improvements from discovery and analysis to implementation and follow-up,
• plan and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and smaller projects across Operations and other parts of the group,
• support the management with analyses, presentations, meeting materials, follow-up and communication,
• create an overview of deliveries, dependencies, risks and decision needs,
• contribute to the implementation of new requirements, workflows and governance principles,
• ensure clear documentation and communication so that solutions are anchored in daily operations.

A common thread across the tasks is that you work closely with both management and operations and are able to create momentum, direction and solutions that work in practice.

Is this you we are looking for?

You hold a relevant higher education degree and several years of experience from a larger organization, preferably within finance, operations, advisory or another regulated industry.

In addition, we envision that you

• have solid experience with cross-functional coordination, process work, project management or management support,
• are a skilled written communicator and can translate complex matters into clear business processes and decision proposals,
• work in a structured, independent and persistent way and follow up tasks through to completion,
• have an eye for both the bigger picture and the details that are crucial for quality and anchoring,
• can navigate securely among many stakeholders and create collaboration without necessarily having a formal mandate,
• communicate clearly and can challenge and spar constructively with leaders and specialists at all levels,
• can drive the implementation of the Nykredit group’s AI strategy in Operations.

Your new team

You report to the top leader of Operations and will have a broad contact surface across the unit and the group. Operations is the Nykredit group’s central unit for a wide range of production, administration and support tasks within banking, pensions and mortgage credit. We handle, among other things, document production and dispatch, controls, term demand collection and settlements as well as tasks within liquidity, payments, custody and investments. In addition we provide professional support to colleagues across the group.
