Join us in creating good customer experiences

As a senior/private advisor you must do everything to give our existing and new customers the most optimal advice. This means you are curious and proactive, so you become acquainted with all the customer's needs – also those they do not know themselves.

Combined with your professional expertise you manage to find the most optimal solution for exactly the customers you work with.

You will have access to a wide product portfolio and digital tools, which together with your expertise enable you to create the best solutions for your customers. Your areas of responsibility will:

• Serve, service and advise housing customers within the banking, wealth management and mortgage credit areas.
• Maintain and expand your own client portfolio.
• Identify your customers' individual needs - and assemble a solution from our entire product range.
• Be proactive and outreach-oriented to both existing and new customers.

Is it you we are looking for?

In the job you will have responsibility for your own client portfolio consisting primarily of private homeowners, and at the same time the opportunity to work with new customers.

Your new team

In Viby you will become part of a center with 12 colleagues who advise private customers and smaller business customers. In addition, the department is regularly visited by specialists as well as colleagues from Private Banking, which provides good opportunities for cross-collaboration.

You will quickly notice that we have an open and informal tone of voice with respect for the individual.
