As a trainee you will be part of our internal training program, called Trustbuilder. Through the program we ensure you acquire the right competencies and tools to perform the role as the clients' trusted advisor. You participate in the program together with the other auditor trainees across PwC, which gives you a unique opportunity to create strong relationships and communities.

You will be guided throughout the program and with our support, there is room to balance study and work. To ensure a good start you will be assigned a host. It will typically be a trainee who is further along in the program. In addition you will receive a Career Coach who follows and supports your personal- and professional development throughout your career at PwC. “There is a really great solidarity among us trainees. We accompany each other to classes, write assignments together and just support each other,” says Mads, auditor and trainee on the Trustbuilder program.

Your first period will especially involve Trustbuilder courses, where you meet the other auditor trainees in PwC Denmark. Thereafter, everyday life starts out in your department, where you join on equal terms with your colleagues who are ready to welcome you.

We work in teams, and you can therefore look forward to being part of different constellations and solving tasks for many different types of clients.

You can, among other things, come to work with

• regnskabsanalyse
• lagerkontrol
• revision af specifikke regnskabsposter
• bæredygtighedsrapportering.

“You get really close to the clients, but not only in their finance department. You will also experience going out to the warehouse or into production. It gives a really good understanding of the business,” explains Amanda.

You will work with clients, and therefore you must thrive talking to new people and want to build relationships. And because we work a lot in teams, your teamwork is a central tool. However, it is equally important that you can motivate yourself to solve your part of the task on your own.

We will equip you well for the role, and you therefore do not need to have a lot of business experience – instead it is important that you are curious and have the courage to learn new things.

In addition, we imagine that you

• are in the process of or have completed HHX, STX, Finansøkonom, finansbachelor, HA Almen or a similar education.
• are interested in numbers, mathematics and economics.
• learn best by trying things out in practice and are curious about translating theory into reality.
