Become an educator at Børnehuset Bodils nursery or kindergarten – a house with high ambitions for the children

Do you want to be part of a professionally strong house where play, learning environments and safe relationships are the focus of daily life? Right now we are looking for a pedagogue for both the toddler and the kindergarten who wants to join a strong working community with high professionalism, common direction and high ambitions on behalf of the children.

At Bodil we work from a common professional foundation with focus on safety, play, learning and strong child communities. We work with Tryghedscirklen, Rum og Læring and a playful pedagogy where the adults actively participate in the children's play and help all children join the community.

This means, among other things, that we are on the floor, by the building blocks, in role-play or inside the ice kiosk out on the playground. We work consciously with learning environments and have, among other things, our own Leg-otek, where the rooms can fetch new inspiration and create exciting themed play environments.

In both the toddler and the kindergarten you must focus on the close relationships, the small developmental moments and the children's attachment. You must also focus on working with diverse child communities, linguistic development and children in vulnerable positions, also in close collaboration with cross-disciplinary partners.

As part of Amager Klynge G we also work across with, among other things, language interventions and as professional beacons to ensure high quality for all children.

About Bodil's House

Bodil's House is a large and lively house with five toddler groups and five kindergarten groups spread over three floors. We have a large green playground with good possibilities for immersion, movement and play.

We are an attractive house with a strong reputation, engaged families and a staff group of all ages. With us we lift the task together across the house – always with the children's well-being, development and learning as a common goal.

Employment conditions

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Before hire we obtain references as well as child and criminal record check.

The positions are generally 37 hours per week. Start is 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
