Become an educator in Vingesus' nursery – maternity leave cover with the possibility of permanent employment

Children's House Vingesus is seeking an engaged pedagogue for a maternity replacement in our toddler group starting 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. We are happy to wait for the right person. The position is 32-37 hours per week with good opportunities for subsequent permanent employment.

About Vingesus

Children's House Vingesus is located in a natural setting at the former Værløse Air Station. We are a large and development-oriented children’s house with about 150 children distributed across four toddler groups and four kindergarten groups, and in addition a completely new nature patrol, consisting of the middle 32 children in the kindergarten, who, in two groups, spend 3 weeks in nature patrol at a time.

Nature is an integrated part of the entire Vingesus and our pedagogical practice, and we have good frameworks for both play, movement, immersion and learning. At the same time, the house is easily accessible by bus directly from both Værløse Station and Måløv Station.

In the toddler group we have 7 pedagogues, 2 pedagogical assistants and 4 assistants spread over 4 rooms, while the kindergarten consists of 11 pedagogues and 5 assistants spread over 5 rooms. The strong professional staffing creates good opportunities for close collaboration, knowledge sharing and high quality in our work with the children.

In Furesø Municipality, pay and employment conditions are determined by the applicable collective agreement and based on the principles of Ny Løn.
