About the job

Are you service-minded, independent and ready for an active day on the go? Do you thrive with freedom under responsibility and with helping where the need is greatest? Then we have the job for you at Bring in the peak season!

In connection with Black Week and the following peak season, Bring experiences extra busy periods in their parcel shops. We are therefore looking for an engaged, self-driven and helpful parcel shop assistant to help different parcel shops in the Greater Copenhagen area.

About the position

As a parcel shop assistant, your primary task will be to drive out to different parcel shops and help with scanning and organizing packages. You will mainly assist the larger parcel shops where there may be a need for extra hands to scan packages and empty cages, so there is again an overview and space in the store.

You will visit a number of different parcel shops, including in large hardware stores and shops. There may be around 20-50 parcel shops you visit, depending on need.

Overall your tasks will include

  • Travel to different parcel shops in Copenhagen and the surrounding area.
  • Scanning packages using Bring’s scanner.
  • Organization and sorting of packages and placing them on the proper shelves.
  • Help to empty cages and create an overview of the packages in the different parcel shops.
  • Contact and coordination with staff in the various parcel shops and limited customer contact.

There may also be work such as assembling shelves or similar handy tasks. The main focus, however, is to help with scanning, organizing and handling of packages.

Bring offers a versatile job where you get the opportunity to make a tangible difference during a busy period. You will have a day-to-day where you are on the move visiting different parcel shops, while the task remains concrete and manageable. In addition, you will be provided with a car to drive home after the end of your workday.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a positive and helpful attitude to your work and greet colleagues and staff in the various parcel shops with a smile. You must be adaptable and enjoy working independently as you will be on the move between different locations. At the same time, you must be able to work in a structured way and maintain an overview when there are many packages, and be willing to pitch in when needed. You must be able to operate in both Danish and English, have a B driving license and be prepared to be physically active during the workday.

You will receive one day of onboarding in week 48, during which you will, among other things, drive with one of Bring’s employees in Copenhagen and be introduced to the tasks and the scanner. Thereafter, you are expected to work independently, since the task is concrete and repetitive.

A car is provided to carry out the work tasks. The car may also be driven home but must not be used for private errands.

Practical information

The position is a temporary assignment through StudentConsulting from week 48 to and including week 50. It is a full-time position, and working hours will primarily be in the 12:00-20:00 time window, but shifts from 11:00-19:00 may also occur.

You will become part of a busy period around Black Week, where there is extra need for help in Bring’s parcel shops. You will primarily be on the move between different parcel shops in Copenhagen and the surrounding area, helping to ensure that the packages are scanned, organized and placed correctly.

If you are interested in an active and independent role where you visit many different locations, please send your CV and your application now.

We look forward to receiving your application!
