Become Head of Customer Service for Nykredit and Spar Nord in Aalborg

Your main tasks will be

• Lead, motivate and develop customer advisors, both permanent employees and students, with different leadership needs.
• Ensure that Customer Service works according to the same principles, rules and standards in Aalborg, Viby and Høje Taastrup, so customers have the same experience, no matter where their call lands.
• Be an active part of a large leadership team, where we go far for each other.
• Create results through close sparring, clear expectations and consistent follow-up.
• Contribute to a common direction and a well-functioning collaboration across Customer Service.

Is it you we are looking for?

We imagine that you have leadership experience, preferably from the financial sector or another customer-oriented organization. You are clear in your leadership and dare to lead from the front, even when changes require something extra.

Your new team

Customer Service is our outward face. We help customers with their daily questions and challenges, both by phone and digitally, while more complex matters are sent on to the advisers in the departments.

You will become part of the management team in Customer Service and thus join a large leadership team. We work closely together to create good customer experiences and help each other when needed. You will therefore not be left to handle the task alone.
