A strong nursing professional environment

The mobile nursing service is mono-disciplinary organized and consists of engaged nurses with high professionalism and extensive experience. We prioritize nursing development and know that the best solutions arise when we learn from each other.

Therefore we meet twice a week for mono-disciplinary sparring, where we

• discuss complex citizen pathways
• share experiences and new knowledge
• provide supervision
• teach each other
• strengthen our clinical decision-making.

You work independently in daily practice – but you are never alone.

The nursing service in Rebild Municipality consists of mobile nursing, clinical functions and special functions with about 43 employees. Your base will be in Støvring, and you will primarily carry out nursing-related interventions for citizens in their own homes in close collaboration with colleagues and other partners.

We work in fixed multidisciplinary teams together with home care and the therapists.

We are looking for you

You are a licensed nurse and motivated to work with citizens in complex pathways.

We imagine that you

• take clinical leadership and work independently
• thrive with responsibility and can maintain calm and overview in a sometimes unpredictable daily life
• see the value of multidisciplinary collaboration while safeguarding the nursing profession
• have a positive view of people and actively contribute to a good working environment
• are keen to develop both yourself and municipal nursing
• prefer – or wish – to have training as a clinical supervisor
• have a driving license (category B)
• have experience with KMD Nexus or are eager to learn the system.

As a smaller municipality we help each other across. Therefore we also expect you to contribute to the overall nursing tasks, including training students and participating in development work.

About the positions

• Position 1 – fixed night shift
• A fixed night shift position with weekend work every 2nd or 3rd weekend .
• Start date 1 December 2026.
• Position 2 – mixed day and night shifts
• A fixed position with a combination of day and night shifts and weekend work every 3rd weekend .
• Start date 1 January 2027.

There is the possibility of employment up to 37 hours per week.
