We are seeking dedicated and stable employees for warehouse work at Salling Group in Årslev , where you will become an important part of the daily operations in a busy and exciting workplace.

Your tasks

Your primary tasks will include

• Picking and packing of goods
• Labeling and marking of products
• Packing goods for delivery
• Preparing shipments
• Various warehouse tasks
• Ensuring quality and correct handling of goods

Experience from warehouse work is an advantage but not a requirement – we provide thorough training.

Onboarding and training

Onboarding starts in August , and participation is mandatory.

We conduct onboarding programs from August to the end of October , which among other things include:

• A tour of the warehouse
• Introduction to the tasks
• Review of safety rules
• Practical training in workflows and processes

We expect that you

• Can participate in mandatory onboarding from August
• Can work 1-3 shifts per week from September
• Can work 4-5 shifts per week from mid-November to end December
• Are flexible regarding working hours
• Can work weekends during peak season
• Are reliable and responsible

Flexibility and on-call shifts

To become part of the team, it is important that you can also be available on call.

In case of illness, cancellations or increased activity at the warehouse, we may contact you at short notice. Therefore we are seeking employees who can step in when the need arises.

Working hours (including weekends in peak season)

Day shift

• 07:00 - 15:00

Evening shift

• 15:00 - 23:00 (offered only in peak season)

Night shift

• 23:00 - 07:00 (offered only in peak season)

From August to November there will primarily be the option for day shifts. From November and through mid-December it is important that you are also flexible regarding evening and night shifts.

In the period from mid-November to mid-December we will as a rule schedule you on the same shift 4-5 days per week , so you get a stable work schedule.

Salary and terms

• Hourly wage: 142.17 DKK
• Allowance for work during the period 18:00 - 06:00
• 10% discretionary account paid with the salary
• Possibility for many hours in peak season
• Good training and a strong sense of community
