Are you into movement, nature and outdoor life? Join the team. We are looking for fresh, trained pedagogues 34-37 hours for the kindergarten's older children group and for the newly established nursery group.

About the job and the tasks

Børnehuset Stjerneskuddet's pedagogical profile is nature and movement. We are located in a quiet residential area in the northwestern part of Hedensted, next to a school and a sports center with a swimming pool, which we regularly use. We are an integrated day care institution with 70 kindergarten children in three rooms and 30 nursery children in two - soon three rooms. The vacant positions are in the kindergarten's older children group and in the nursery's newly created group.

You will join a team and a department that work with a focus on the good childhood in strong child communities. You will be part of the present adults who embrace a lovely group of children through pedagogically planned activities, movement, clear everyday structure, plenty of fresh air, professional collegial sparring and not least a good cooperation with parents. We are focused on the children’s processes towards new experiences, among others through Fri for Mobberi and Fællesskabende pædagogik . The goal is life competence.

Børnehuset Stjerneskuddet is an integrated institution where we are focused on our shared pedagogical work, which we optimize through, among other things, “Tegn på læring” . We work with flexible learning environments that invite different play and learning competencies, levels of activity and in flow with our common theme.

Stjerneskuddet is designed as a star with a central motor room, where we practice movement, balance, go full throttle to stop-dance and hold community gatherings, carnival, Lucia and other nice celebrations. We have a relaxed tone and place high value on diversity and professional responsibility in the staff. We have a lovely, hilly playground with a campfire site, shelters, a bike track, mooncars, old fruit trees, learning boards, swings, a sledding hill, a zip line, a climbing tower and a lunch house.

There is no bad weather here… - and the pedagogues wear work rainwear and a snowsuit. By January 2027 the new extension will be ready for the kindergarten groups and we will get a nicely upgraded existing building with an extra nursery group, which you of course will help occupy and set up.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement, with the possibility to negotiate qualification-based and job-based pay.

Employment at 34-37 hours. Employment start no later than 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

We will obtain references and a child attest (børneattest) upon hire.
